This reminds me of being in Nashville TN. one Christmas season on a business trip and as I had some down time decided to take a walk down Broadway and see the town and some of the music clubs lining the street when I noticed that not only was there Christmas music playing over the public PA system but it was Christian music being played publicly on the streets. My holiday feelings suddenly shifted into the proper gear!

That is, indeed, the Christian way. Sorry! I am tired of being told to "have a happy holiday." I want A MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!! And the same to all Christians and other religions: have a Merry Christmas!

20 years ago I started celebrating Christ's birth and quit buying presents. Christmas is great now. I give presents all year long when I see a need and not just to give presents because "it's Christmas".

To me, Christmas has a certain "magic" that is non-existent at any other time. It also helps make winter bearable.
