Huge difference in prices! Unless they're made out of Play-Doh, they should be worth at least trying. Amazon sells them, and they have an excellent return policy.

I have bought from him and his products are great. I use his and the Serk holder and they are identical. The Lee holder is better quality but not necessarily needed. Go for it.

Sorry if this seems lame, but these FilterDude LEE Compatible adapters are what? For what? Are they a style / type of stepping ring or like an adapter for Cokin filters? Or something else. I can't tell from the images or sparse descriptions. Thanks.

The are filter holders for 100mm filter systems.

Oh, OK. I just googled Lee Filter system. I see what these are now. They are for holding thin resin or gelatin filters. I actually have two of something similar to them but they are old and are likely a different brand like Hoya. I have a lot of 3" and 4" Wratten filters I can use with them. Mine don't have the changeable adapter rings, instead you use regular stepping rings. One of mine is for 49/52mm lens fronts and the other for large view camera lenses. Thanks for the initial information.
