Of course they are only the 45 MB/s cards... not the 90 MB/s
Fine for JPG, a little slow for big raw.

Handy chart by Transend that shows the range/color and corresponding speed of the various cards.
I believe that the advertised on card speed is usually the READ speed, the write speed is usually half the read speed.
90-95 MB/s is the fastest cards I have seen, yielding 45 MB/s write speed as long as the device bus can handle it.
Using 90 MB/s cards does make a difference for burst mode on my D7100.
