I think that someone wanted to see some Saguaro Cactus.
Saguaro get their first arm between 50 and 100 years of age and can grow 30 feet tall

Had to look hard for the lady in the shadows. Big Cactus eh ?

OK sarge, I am still looking for the lady! Which picture did you see her in ? My eyes are old, but though I could always spot a lady, :-D

This lady is dwarfed by this saguaro - the 4th picture. Look at the shapely shadow on the left ( very dark ). Her feet are in the shadow coming from the left also.

Boy you do have an eye. I guess I was so amazed looking at the cactus I missed her. Or I am getting old. :-D I have only been out west once and that was on a motorcycle and young. That's why I love this site, get to see things you never will.

I'm sorry, I forgot to point out that she was on the sidewalk in the shadow.
You didn't do well on the Easter egg hunt did you :D

I did try to lighten that up, but it made everything else to bright.

That weird growth on the cactus in picture 2 is called fasciation.
