There are free Lightroom 3 podcasts available through iTunes. You don't need any Apple devices, just a computer. I am downloading several dozen short videos (4 - 14 minutes) right now, each covering one brief topic. You can subscribe and receive each new one as it becomes available.

Thanks for the info. Switched to Mac 6 months ago and this is the first time I have seen a use for iTunes! :)

Windows or Mac, iTunes is a great free program. It can keep track of all your music, give you free educational podcasts, and make up playlists that you can put on CD. You can also spend a lot of money on entertainment, if you want.
