I changed my computer and a newly version of Corel Paintshop Pro would not load. So back to Corel for help.
As it was within 30 days Corel emailed me a support code.
Then I inserted it and the answer, " unable to recognise your email."
This, mind you from a company that had used it to email me to give me the support code.
Perhaps I should have used Adobe after all.
Something odd with the computer... nogo's LOL not much help!! He implies that PSP is not good and that Adobe is without problems... nonsense. since you gave no info, mine may not be much better.
Cut and paste the code to your word processor, then from there cut and paste to PSP. Make sure you have turned of your security as you install. I do not but did not have problems... some anti virus security cause problems. Some times codes may have a space before them when you insert.. make sure there is none. Did you try to insert the whole email????!!! that is what your statement implies.
You have given no details on "changing your computer" did you down grade and install windows 3.2... of course not... but we do not know... typical sin of question asker is to waste the time of UHH people by not saying any thing about any thing.
To save your time, next time simply shorten the message to "got a problem ... need answers" Why make people play the 20 questions game???
You changed your computer to what from what. what operating system Windows or Mac. Windows 7 or 8. I just downloaded PSP X7 and received my code by email, instead of cutting and pasting it in try using your keyboard and putting it in. I have had no problem with any of the PSP that I downloaded and all the rest of the software that I have gotten alone with my download. SO to assume that PSP is not up to Photoshop had no validity. ANd it is also proven that PSP will get you up and running and learning much faster at much less of a cost.

And so many new computers come with Norton's crappy "ControlAll" AV software!! Get rid of that and the install will most likely work great.

"windows 3.2" Who is making jokes now? True many more details are needed. If it seems to be the code entry that is acting odd, try both copy & paste and typing the whole code in. I had an issue like that with Topaz and pasting worked. My initial typing did not as the space for the code was not long enough -- odd!
