Photo #3 is your best arrangement of the family and it would be better had you taken it without the bright sky in the background; otherwise, you've done a good job !
Photo #2 is nice as you'd taken it with a vertical format. Next time, have the family members arranged closer together and crop tightly..
Photo #1 not a good idea in the horizontal format..
