I have seen in the past several suggestions on where to sell my film Canon AE-1 equipment, but could not find the listings. Could anyone make these suggestions again, please?
Thanks to all who make this the absolute bestest photography blog on the net..............

Thank you BDW. You say you are going to hold on to yours a little longer.......do you anticipate a resurgence of the film industry? Thanks again for your help.

be warned, the value of most film cameras (unles sleicas, hassenblads, or rare collectiables) is less then bupkiss lint. you probably can ge tmore as trade in credit then actual cash.

I just sold my beloved Leica to Adorama. Got a good fair price over the phone and when I brought it in they adhered to the price. I can't believe just how dead film is when it comes to 35mm shooting. Film choice is narrower, processing is harder to get and quality printing is very expensive.

But, then again I am sure many said the same with the death of the 120 camera.....

Still have my minox with flash and will take it on trips as a backup camera. You should see the TSA folks go crazy over it they have no idea what it is.....

nope, but as long as there is film ,there will be hold=outs like me who will want to run some film through them for old times sake.if the value of my canon and konica go down to zip it's no big deal.i got my moneys worth out of them long ago.i would have no problem donating them to a youths camera club.

I don't have an AE-1, but I do have an EOS 630, and when it comes to depth of field, it's still the best thing in town compared to a digital. I'll hold on to it as long as there is film available.

Try local high school photo classes. They still using film cameras for intro class. Almost every student needs to purchase one.

I might be interested in your FD equipment
Go to KEH find out what your equipment is worth then tell me what you have and how much.
Is it a AE-1 or a AE-1P
