I'm not really happy with the detail on this.... It's a combination of a 30 sec. & a 1 1/2 min. exposure... good spot though.... I have a 35-200mm Tamron SP Adaptall 2 lens that I want to try on this with my beefiest tripod.... What do you guys think?

There is a newer building, just completed when I left Dallas,
on the edge of Woodall close to the West End. If shot from north side of Woodall looking toward Reunion Tower and another looking toward Reunion would be an excellent night shot.

I can't offer any advice regarding sharpness of detail, but for composition, I would like to see more room at the top of the frame so the tallest buildings aren't so cramped.

Very Nice! I looked into getting some shots from Trammell Crow Park in the Trinity river bottom. (off Sylvan Av.) Right now they have it blocked off due to the bridge construction but you can still walk in.....

I cropped the top & bottom for a bit more of a 'panoramic' effect but you're right about the top. I'll probably go back & play with it some more tonight

This was taken on the hill behind the old hotel at Ft Worth Ave & Sylvan. Great view from there.
