I bought a Pentax K5lls on 11/15/14 with a grip and a 64MB Sandisk card for $596.95. It should be delivered 11/19/14. Yesterday, the price dropped $50.00. I contacted Chuck and $50 is back in my Paypal. B&H is tops. They will honor price reductions within 30 days of purchase. Let's hear of your experiences with this wonderful company.
I will be in NY mid December to early January and will be paying them a visit.

I've bought from them a few times. No issues or complexities. But then I only bought a few minor items that would not have price fluctuations.

Oh, while you are at it, feel free to buy me one of those K5IIs cameras. I am thinking of getting that or a K3.

I see we also both have a K-20D. How is yours working? Mine now has a sensor problem with a thin black line running down the right edge. About 4 pixels wide about 25 pixels from the edge. It has me thinking as if a 3x4 ratio frame now. Sad as the camera was bought new and even though it is a 2009 vintage camera it does not really have a lot of exposures on it. My purchased used K-5 has far more.

Their customer service is excellent. My go to place for all of my photographic needs. They have matched prices for me, exchanged a few items, all without one hitch. I just ordered a D810 & 70-200 f2.8 VRII Tuesday with delivery Thursday. Their addition of expedited shipping tells me this company is totally customer orientated.

Absolutely "DITTO" for me!..Most recently their main competitor had a "sale" on a tripod which I had just received from B&H..With a phone call from me, they not only met their competitor's pricing, but beat them by $10 USD, and credited me back..B&H ROCKS!..But please understand, that I ALSO do business with their competitor, and have nothing bad to say about them as well.

Only UHH'rs get the tour invite from me (Mon-Thurs) so consider yourself invited. A GAS attack at B&H Photo can have significant side effects especially when accompanied by a spouse. Severe Collateral Damage :).
