Use the "Place" command. I believe it's under the File menu.
Does "temple" mean a photo of a temple. Place command can put a photo in another photo. Is that what you are asking how to do?
Cut and paste is another way if that is what you want to do. Just make sure the photos are the same pixel size.

There are a number of ways all beginning with making a selection of the picture or image that you want to place in a template. I will assume that the template is a PSD file.
Drag and drop the image or Ctrl C (copy) the selected image and Ctrl V (paste) the image in the template.
Re-size and move the pasted image in the template with Ctrl T (Transform). While in Transform use Shift and drag any corner to resize with the same aspect ratio.
