Here's a double illusion for folks who enjoy them. No photoshop tricks were used. :-)
I must be missing the point.
Very nice ... M.C. Escher would be amused, I am sure!

Look at the perspective of the two poles in relationship to one another. That's the illusion to me. 8-)

The top of the rear post is in front of the sign.
Close. The pole is part of the illusion, but thatÂ’s actually a wall in the back that looks like it is sitting on the post in the front. It's deceptive. Has to be lined up just right.
that's really cool!
Wow! You have a great eye to have noticed the potential of the situation.
Did you realize this when you took the picture. Very neat!

It was intentional. Has to be because if you don't line it up exactly, the illusion fails and you end up with a not-very-interesting picture. There were plenty of failures that were close but just not close enough.
It makes one wonder which witch is which. Nice Job in B&W do you have it in color or does it lose every think in color?

I took it in color and it still works, just like it best in b&w.
Like that, "which witch is which..."
Neat! great eye for the unusual. One I've bookmarked.
That's uber cool! How is that done? Both poles look like they are well planted in the street!?!?!?!?!?
Thanks for the laugh... :)
