Big Value is well known on Ebay. If you look at the fine print you will see they offer a one year "store" warranty on parts, and a 90 day "store" warranty on labor. The major issues that arise after that period are that Nikon USA will not even do regular maintainance or simple repairs on grey market products in the USA. That body will have to be returned to the country it was originally sold in for any repairs.
Just so you are aware of the risks.
That seller also has another tactic they use on Ebay. They post items with two prices, and disable ordering on the cheaper one just to drive buyers to the more expensive one. They will also take anything back with a
25% restocking fee. This is how they avoid giving you back the full price under Ebays buyer protection. Look at their return policy. If you buy, and return, they can charge you the listed re-stocking fee and Ebay will NOT refund the difference, its simply gone because it was part of the sales agreement you read and agreed to when you click the Buy It Now button.
