Does any one remember about 20 years ago some one set up a camera and left it in the same spot for a year and took a multiple exposure of sun at the same day once a month, same time. I think it was in Florida, and it was named something like the Am%$%# project. It's pretty cool, would like to try it'

I also remember seeing this done off someone's back porch with video clips. He made a permanent bracket on the porch rail and then shot brief clips which were then combined to fade into one another.
I don't remember if this was done daily or weekly and I think it was possibly a Swedish photographer who produced it.
With the nice view from his property the effect of the changing seasons was mesmerizing.

The one I'm taking about was on the same date of each month on one frame, of the sun, the result was an elongated figure 8 of the Sun. It was pretty ciose to the Equator.
