I just tried to upload some pictures from my camera into my computer and it kept reading busy. It asked me if I wanted to change the way I uploaded, I said no. The pictures uploaded but without my raw files. Has anyone else had this problem?

Were the files you were trying to download Raw or were you shooting in JPEG or both?

Do you always use Digital Photo Professional to download your pictures from the camera to your computer? I ask because I always use the EOS Utility to download my pictures.

Yes I always did use DPP but it seems something has changed.

Maybe it was EOS, I can't be positive. I always did the same thing and yesterday it kept saying busy. I'm not sure what happened.

I just plug the SD card into my card USB 3 reader and use my file manager to copy and paste them where I want them. Or alternatively, I import them from the SD card using Lightroom's import feature.

Why don't your try EOS. I usually try DPP before I remember that isn't what works.

I plug my camera into the computer. Perhaps that is the difference.

I plug mine into the computer too. I tried again last night. Halfway through the shoot I changed lenses I wonder if that matters I've never done that before.

Mine just automatically opens and uploads.. I don't know why it would've just uploaded JPEG.

Sorry, but I don't know what could be wrong. I don't see how changing lenses could effect uploading. When you figure it out let me know. I'm curious.

As it turns out my camera does upload my pictures to EOS utility but today it still reads busy. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I checked and my camera uploads to EOS but it keeps reading busy. Has this happened to you?
