I guess it's time for all the talk shows, book deals, speeches at commencements (though he was already giving speeches) and everything that goes along with the unmistakeable fame of killing a hated man. I think I liked it better when nobody was blowing their own horn and it was thought of as a 'team effort.'

It was a team effort done in secret until oBozo opened his mouth not only claiming credit for killing Obama-Osama but talking about the seals and putting them at risk. oBummer blows his own horn totally undeserved and the people see right thru his phony bull.

Guess it was too tempting to stand idly by, watching another fellow SEAL profit from publishing a book, not to mention one or two others.

Gone are the days of gallantry and honor. Somewhere among the ranks, perhaps, the military might play its hand to counter these leaks.

In the end, good men sometimes compromise out of need. It's just a shame to witness it, much less become aware, as do our enemies, of our special forces clandestine tactics. Bless them all.

Many people, especially in Congress, already knew who fired the shot, and he thought he should get in front of it before false stories started spreading. Total secrecy would have been nice, but you're dealing with people here.

I doubt that they were sworn to secrecy, and people always like to impress others by offering inside information.

Kinda strange the other seals say he lie. Look at timing Big O needs a bump after Tuesday night, great timing. A t least ten foreign and us media outlets interviewed crew members on ship no one saw a burial at sea , 64 members of that ship crew got booted. Family members of the 26 seals that they killed in afgistan said theyer sons wrote home it was a double. this is third book. just remember Jessica Lynch, Pat Tillman. do research before you accept facts.
