where did all my pictures go in LR5

been using LR5 since it came out ,opened it up today and its completely empty. had some 10000 or so photos . nothing left no folders , no collections no keywords, nada, zilch, been about a week since i last opened it at least everything is still in the folders in my pictures on the computer. hope there around somewhere and don't have to do everything all over again

If the files are there on your drive, then you just might have a corrupted catalog. You can create a new catalog and add the images back but there are other approaches that you can use, including going back to the last catalog backup and using that, and just do a sync for the work you've done since the last backup.

I am probably too late (been away for a month) but I think you may have accidently either created or more likely opened an empty catalogue.
In the Library, goto File > Open Recent and see if there are any other catalogues listed. If there are, try them one by one until you find the one you were working on.

been away for a bit, but i did find them all. did a little research and ended up doing just that went to open recent and there was a list there and with clicking on those listed they all showed up again
