Nikon just released 2 new cameras, the D810 and D750, and you can't get a battery grip for either...
Adorama has my MB 12 backordered since Sept. 21 with no indication on when it will be shipped !
This is the same model for all of the D800 series...
No wonder Canon is taking over the pro market.
You might want to take that up with Nikon instead of Nikin.

You can't take photos without a battery grip?
Have you tried other sources for the MB-D12 & Mb-D16?

The D810 takes the MB-D12 grip, and the D750 takes the MB-D16.
So where do you get the idea that Nikon does not have grips for either of these cameras????
Please research your complaints before posting, I know you are still pissed at no D400, but after two years complaining maybe you should give it a rest?

Yep, those MB-D12's are backordered ~ not only at Adorama, but they are backordered at B&H too.
We have two here at home, but they are already spoken for as one is on our D800e and the other is on our D810. We just ordered another one to install on new D810 we'd just ordered, yet we will patiently wait because if a guy wants the best, it's best to sit back, to relax, and be patient.
By the way, don't allow the response that you'd received from one of our members who had attempted to berate you for the typing error you'd made for having misspelled Nikon. After all, he gave his best shot at dispelling your concerns and his best should show you just what kind of person he is ~ or isn't !
Meanwhile, hang in there, be patient, and let's both hope that it won't be too much longer before we both get our battery grips ;-)

did you check the grip made by Vello on the B&H site .... I use the Vello grip on my D800 ... it seems to work well and I do not see a difference between the Vello grip and the Nikon grip .... I have a Nikon grip for my 300s .... as I said .... I do not see a difference .... and it is a lot less expensive ...

Zone-System-Grandpa, I'm too old to let some MT moron ruin my day. Think of how meaningless MT's life must be if all he has time for is to troll the web looking for spelling errors. I think it's probably the result of too much masturbation, like hairy palms...
MT....????? Oops. Wrong poster.
Maybe beside watching your spelling, also watch who posted.
This is supposed to be a family-friendly site, are remarks like the one you made here really necessary?
