Just a note to describe my first experience with KEH camera. I purchased a used Sigma 170-500 for my 60D. Upon arrival, I found that the lens had a couple of problems. I contacted KEH and received a Return Authorization along with free return shipping. Was contacted by KEH four days after I returned the lens and was infomed that the lens could not be repaired, but that they were shipping me another lens of a higher rated quality the same day for next day delivery (no additional charges or shipping).

Just received the second lens and found it to be perfect. Every correspondence (telephone and email) with KEH was positive with each person knowledgeable and helpful. I can't say enough positive about my experience with KEH. No, I am not affiliated with KEH in any way.....just thought you should know.

Dan, Just saw your post about KEH. You're right; great people to work with. I bought my Nikon D3000 body, and my Nikon 18-105, VR lens from them last April. Follow up was exceptional. They called me to confirm my order, even pointed out that I could drive down to pick up the order to save shipping charges. Everything in perfect condition.(I live 45 minutes north of Atlanta). I would Recommend them; great website too!

KEH has excellent service! I used them many times -- mostly back in the film days. I bought several camera bodies & lenses -- always got what was promised with quick service and good prices.

I've also sold some of the same old stuff back to them with equally good results.

I too am a very happy KEH customer, the best online shopping expirence of any product. i would not hesitate to order from them and don't be afraid to try items rated bgn or ug, they come actually in better shape then rated. wayne wher north of atlanta are you. I was an Acworth cop, and then lived in woodstock for several years.

besides getting a 6 month warranty for free on all their equipment (they do their own repairs in house) the prices are actually better than ebay amazon or adorama. i would go nowhere else for used equipment. Now if i only could find out if the owner of KEH has a daughter that's of marrigable age, all my equipment dreams could be met!!!!!

They were supposed to send a good one the first time. I am thinking about ordering a less than excellent Canon L lens but I am worried about the ratings. For example, the list and EX+ and LN together, but how do we know they ship the LN when you order LN? Another concern. I don't see the actual photo of the LN, EX+ or BGN. They are all standard images.

I have bought in the past once (and EX+ DSLR) and it has been perfect (except for a very small knick I happened to see by chance on the bottom like 3 weeks after arrival. Nothing to worry about.

What about the return? Do they pay the return back as AMAZON?
