First Shots with New Tamron 150-600

These look wonderful! Can you please tell whether they were cropped and by how much? Also, how far away were you from the birds? Thanks!

I just got mine as well & use it on my Canon 70D & I don't think mine are as good as yours! It is heavy.

Jean, they were cropped at varying amounts. #1 I was about 20' from. #2 about 35' from. The last one I was probably 50' from.

Thanks Jim. Will post more as I get some time to get out to use it. That darned work thing gets in the way!

I am sure yours are as good as mine. It is indeed heavy and I need to build up my arm muscles. Hand holding is tough for any length of time. Please do post some of your pictures.
