Welcome to the critique section and thanks for sharing a very nice image. I'll give it a try, but only claim to be expressing my own opinion, not that of an expert.
The bright, rich fall colors are lovely, and the "array" of forest growth is unmistakably autumnal. Many of the the objects are in very sharp detail, so focus is good on that plane. There is a bit of distraction for me in the out of focus parts of those objects that don't lie in the focus plane but instead to the front of the focus plane (the ones that lie in the rear are not distracting but actually help define the subject). A slightly smaller aperture might or more focus towards the front of the frame possibly, not sure. I'm sure you didn't want to go far with ISO (as a long time Olympus shooter, I understand that) but it could possibly have borne one more notch up. But doesn't that camera catch the sharpest, richest details?
I struggled a bit to figure out exactly what this arrangement was. I'm seeing some clues that it might be a tree stump with mushrooms growing out of it and leaves scattered about. I'm wondering if the shot were angled more from the side, even if that meant laying the camera down on the ground and shooting from the screen rather than the viewfinder, if that might have solved both issues - that way the front edges could've been more uniformly sharp and there would be some context for how this stuff is arranged on the forest floor. And the tree stump, if that is indeed what it is, could have been more recognizable and have a bit more separation from the background. While the downward angle shows us everything, it doesn't tell me what the relationships between the objects is.
It is a very pleasing image with many strengths.
