Really.....? Not to damn far off. Corporations have no loyalty. They shift their corporations to wherever they can get the cheapest labor. No one sees. Look at the deepest levels. See beyond the immediate. They twist the laws where ever they are to suit them. We have lobbyist in control of our govt.

Since this is not a socialist country, corporations answer to their stockholders, and not to Congress. Every interest group has lobbyists, not just corporations.

To me the whole point of this movie is the people run the show. We are kept in chains by mass media. The mass media sway public opinion anyway they want.
To get what they want.
Mr Beel is a newsman who starts speaking his mind. So they give him a spot where he truly speaks his mind. Then one show he crosses the line. He tells the peopeoe that the Arabs are going to buy the station. So he gets everyone to flood the Whitehouse with telegrams and phone calls to stop it. That posses off the big boys. So they bring Mr Beel in to keep him in line so he can keep the people in line. Look at all the news shows you have hot chicks handsome guys peddling a load of horse pucky. All the major networks do it. Heck do you really care about the news or do u wanna watch the hot weather girl.

Thats the problem. Everything is for our benefit. Not the other way around. The govt should serve us.
