House and Senate Bill 1565 passed (unbelievable) and is on Gov. Corbetts desk. This bill eliminates a 1937 law requiring ripian buffer zones that shade and lessen pollution and sedament entering high quality PA trout streams. Developers got to our legislature and many of them are from out of state! Corbett is busy now, write him to just let Bill 1565 die. If it passes, trout fishing and tourisim decrease and flooding increases.
He won't care, he's being v**ed out in less than a week now. I don't think he'd care even if he was going to be re-elected. Evidently, PA's being auctioned off to whomever has the big bucks. Take drilling...

A lot of t***h there. I'm hoping he does nothing, then he won't loose face by a veto.
