Olympus Art scene.
I want to see every ones creative skills using the Art Scene program on the Olympus cameras. so post away. I'll be posting some once I get a new card reader at my doorstep.

Shoot raw my man and do your own creating in the pp software of your choice! 8-)
Haven't used the art filters much but they can be fun to play with especially for people like me that don't like to spend more than a minute or two in pp.

You online ordered an $8 card reader? I'll bet there's an office supply store or Best Buy for instant gratification nearby in SoCal.
I could, but I buy from a site that gives reward points...
And my photography class is full of $8 card readers and they brake all the time.

Whatever floats your boat, I guess. My $8 card reader is about 3 years old and works just fine. I got it at Staples down the road and used it the same night I bought it.
I might go get one from Best Buy or something... I've seen some kids treat our $600 cameras and film cameras like crap soo...

See, should have gone for the $5 ones: I've had one for 4 or 5 years now, never had a problem with it. It will read Smart Media, xD, SD, Micro SD, CF, MS, M2 and MMC card. (I don't even know what the last three are!).
To not have any card readers break, of course you could use the USB cable from your camera to the computer. I think that many here on the Hog whose cameras take CF cards, do that because it is so easy to bend the pins.

Mine is a Belden, an old, old name in wiring and cables. Still the biggest name in professional audio cabling like mic cables. The body is rubber coated, it has aluminum end caps, and comes with a 3 foot USB cable in case you can't plug it directly into a USB port. It came from Staples. Not all of them are the cheap brittle plastic that cracks and leaves you with nothing but a circuit board and a metal ring the SD card just literally falls into so you hope for a solid connection.
