I wanted to thank you for my day today. Let me explain. My darling wife was abandoning me to go out with her girlfriends so I decided to take some photos for the weekly challenge titled autumn.
Although the day was cloudy and gloomy, after giving it some thought I decided to roam around the grounds of the Nassau County Museum of Art in Roslyn NY. Arriving around 2:30 PM, the search began for a decent shot to enter into the challenge as I schlepped around with two cameras.
After approximately two hours I headed back home. Ironically, the best light of the day appeared while I was driving on the parkway as the sun finally came out for a brief visit.
At home, I imported the 96 photographs I had taken into the computer to take a look. A quick 51 were deleted and the rest will now fall under further scrutiny (and deletions).
Now, whether I actually enter a picture into the challenge does not matter. What does matter is I had a delightful day in the fresh air taking in the scenery and snapping some shots.
So thanks Steve, for putting in your time and effort to make the challenge fun, rewarding, and getting us to "think." :thumbup:

I agrees he deserves a lot of credit and I'm sure he works hard to put these challenges together. I seldom enter them, but thoroughly enjoy browsing from time to time. So I say "Thanks also Steve"

Not to worry. They know who, nor where you are. And at 35000 ft., they have a larger area to search. Besides, you can always try level 365 (as long as your going in the right direction. Besides WITSEC has probably lost your file by now.

Ya, but if I loose my gig as a photographer, I might have to work in The Attic...

What are you griping about? You're already 34950 above the Attic. Besides, I don't think they allow photographers there.
