newborn and how to put sparkle in ring

i would like to put a sparkle in the ring. any ideas? i tried in photoshop to render a lighting affect but it made it glow too much. i just wasnt a bling sparkle.

Have you done any PP work to these or are they straight out of camera? They look a little underexposed and flat.

the top one i rendered the light on the rings in ps. second one i cropped and third one , nothing.

I used "Lens Flare" from the "Filter" "Render" filters of PSE9.

it's photoshop and called a starburst brush, I think I downloaded them off the internet, do you want me to grab your picture and see how it turns out and put it back on here?

that is beautiful georgiann. is it easy? is it a plug in? or might i have it on my photoshop and not know it? if it is not too much work can you put the left hand sparkle on the big diamond? my daughter will love this !! thanks.
