I've been around photography for a very long time. Trained in fashion back in the film days I expanded into lanscape, event and portrait photography though I am really a street shooter at heart. For the last few years I've run a small studio specializing in portraits. (
www.skipstyle.com) Unfortunately in a freaky bit of Arizona weather the studio got flooded out so all my equipment is now in storage. Now I have to decide whether to reconstruct the studio or sell the equipment and move on to other projects. I've been shooting with canon equipment for years - a 7D for everyday use, a 5dMark II ion the studio and a 40d for backup and a good collection of L glass. Having gotten tied of lugging heavy equipment around while traveling, I recently bought a Sony alpha 6000 with the 15-55 kit and a 55-210 zoom lenses. I'm in love with the mirror-less concept and recently completed an assignment in Spain using only that camera. Honestly, looking at the results, I don't think I could have done better with the bigger, bulky camera.
Me, at work.
Roman aquaduct in Nothern Spain near Burgos
Welcome and enjoy
I use a Canon 1ds with some L glass but a lot of my street photography use my Samsung note 2 (phone) quality is amazing
Makes you wonder sometimes
My Iphone 5 with slip on wide angle and telephoto works great too.

Hi there Elskipo
.welcome to the hog. You sound like a heavy-weight
.Nice you can probably help others with your knowledge. Your shot of the aqueduct is beautiful. Just jump right in and show us more of your Spain shots.
Rich
Yes it does. I have the wide angle, fisheye and telephoto too. The company makes a case for the 5 that has a flip-up corner to give access to the phone lens for the slip-ons
