Hi everyone. My name is Marilyn and I joined a couple of months ago. I just discovered I should have introduced myself. I don't have my dream camera yet..just a point and shoot so nothing to post. Is it OK to comment on your pictures that really grab me? I enjoy the pictures and your personalities that come through them so much.

Don't be afraid to show us some of your pictures. It is a pretty good group here. I try to make it fun, that's why I do it as a hobby. Some thing other than work. And I get to talk with good folks all over the place.
Jay lives right down town Ann Arbor. He got out of UM last year and found a good job in Plymouth. Mom doesn't like it, :-D But he is doing good.

That's why I come to the site every night. It's fun. I lived in Plymouth for ten yrs in the 70s and 80s. Loved that town too. Good to hear the young people are getting good jobs. Gives you and mom a nice place to visit him.

Welcome,markar ! don't be bashful...a picture is a picture no matter what it comes out of ! P&S are nice cameras...heck you can get a great picture from your phone !Just get in here and post !!

I have been watching you ces308 because Houghton Lake is where my family vacationed every year during my growing up years. Many fond memories. We could walk into Prudenville. BTW I tried a self portrait with my phone and believe me it wasn't a great picture. Just saying...

Welcome Marilyn, What kind of camera? P&S cameras can do a nice job, just pick out a picture and post....maybe 1 that you have ??? about. Pretty friendly group here...
