Sorry, just doesn't do anything for me. That's just me and I'm sure others will like it.

I like everything about it except the boot. I would rather see a lace cowboy boot at least, after it is her wedding day. Even if she is a cowgirl, she's still a girl.

I don't think the pose is working for this young lady coupled with the dress and the placement of the flowers, all pulled together it makes her look like she is expecting, not really a look a bride wants.

I'm sure the boots have a specail meaning to her, but they look so big and bulky and by not showing any leg, it kind of looks like it's out of place and just sitting there.

I wish I could see more of the dress and more of her.

Yeah - I'm with MWAC on this. Kinda of a "close, but no cigar."

More leg with the boot might make a big difference. And I hate to keep harping on this all the time, but you have GOT to get light in the face. Her face is the darkest part of the image and even if the boot is important, the face has to have some light on it and the eyes need light IN them.

I just purchased the mag "Maine Weddings". A Bride and Groom were posed in an orchard. She had on cowgirl boots. She posed with her forward leg bent slightly at the knee and flashed about 4 inches above the knee. I plan on using that pose this July at my step grand-daughter's wedding in Montana. That's what some brides want now-a-days.

Unfortunately, the pose in this other-wise terrific wedding photo was unappealing to me. The boot looks too large, who knows, but it looks out of place.

Again, the pose just didn't cut it for me. More importantly, let us know what the bride thought.

Wow, after reading all this I guess I better rethink this photo.

Here is one more to think about.

Oh yes the bride did really like it, as long as she was happy

Again an okay shot but try not to rely too much on effects and grunge to make a photo. The photo should stand on its own and not have to rely on all sorts of overlays and edge effects to make it something special.

Don't misunderstand me, I use these type of effects too from time to time, but not on every shot. In this last shot, you again need to think about your posing, if you are in fact doing any posing. So I supose we should ask, did you pose this shot or simply sak them to stand there and then just pushed the shutter as this took place?

It is best not to have the flowers cover the dress which is what is happening her. Had I been there, I would have had the groom support the bride from her back and had his left hand somewhere around her waist and then have the bride bend backwards, as the groom supported her, dropping her head back and face towards the camera.

Then I'd have the groom bend over to possibly kiss her neck and have her right hand swing down and backwards holding the flowers. You would have had some interesting action, some flowing lines and you already had a beautiful background to support the image right where you had them.

Ohh and then have the bride swing her right leg up, kicking up the dress and if you wanted to, you could have had the cowboy boot showing out the end of the dress in that image too. That way you achieved what you wanted (getting the boot to show) along with a beautiful pose.

i actually like the pic. boots and dresses are done here all the time. i do think she should have strutted her stuff more. not just stood there. maybe put her leg out on something. and i like the grunge.

on the first i wish she was holding her dress diffrent and the idea was very good just need a tad better pose next time when you have a pose like this do it several different ways before moving on sometimes the most awkward poses end up being your favorite and totally original im sry the boot looks funny just sitting their should have had a lil leg even just a lil would have done this pic good...

Last one shoot is my most favorite in all taken photos by you. Both are looking so beautiful in all over here presented wedding photos. But surprising thing is that you are looking like a professional photographer. So thanks to provide us an opportunity to judge your photography.
