The last of my Autumn colours series. Promise . . .
This will be my last "boring" shot of the fall colors this year. We have experienced an uncommon brilliance of colour in our area for some reason this year. And presently, we're having mid-summer weather - 18ºC today.
Next week we leave for the Old South, closing with a week in Savannah before returning to Canada. Lots of driving, lots of small communities and hopefully earthy folks.

The shot was taken while standing on a culvert facing north-east over a huge drain. The culvert is located along Highway #2 about 8 miles east of Morrisburg, Ontario, and about one mile east of Upper Canada Village and Golf Course.
