By the way, your link shows their price at $495, almost $50 more than the $449 selling price everywhere else. Are you sure you are getting a "new" lens?

Good Luck with your purchase from 42nd Street Photo!! Lot's of negative comments about them here on UHH and internet searches. If I remember correctly they are not an authorized Nikon USA dealer but you might want search that. If they are not an authorized dealer good luck with any issues that may come up. TNmike

The price listed on the link provided says $495.00. How did you manage to get it for $330.00?
I have the same lens and I like it quite a bit. I do know that the price has dropped since the DX II version was released. (I'll not say what I paid for the original when it came out).

The Tokina 11-16mm lens is supposed to be a good lens. It is a DX lens, so it will have the field of view of a 16.5-24mm lens. You'll rarely use the widest portion of the lens.
