Great Blue Heron

Reviewing some photos from last year and like way the colors came out on this one. It was an overcast day and met UHH member mindlessgeo at Sanford Wetlands in Fla.
I did not do any PP. Not very skilled at that. All CC comments welcome.

Could use a little 'brightning' in PP. You might want to post again in the Post Processing Forum (http://www.uglyhedgehog.com/s-116-1.html ), and ask for a little assistance.

The detail is wonderful, but as Nikonian72 mentioned, brightening it would really make it pop.

Very nice shot as the Heron was taking off. Yes, it needs to be brightened a bit but it's a good image.

Thanks for looking.The GBH was sitting in a tree and I was watching for a while and then could see he was tensing to take off. He then flew right in front of me and landed. I have the whole sequence of take off to landing. When I learn how to do it I will post them.
