Give my regards to your bride, and good luck with the shooting. A honeymoon can really eat into shooting time. :D
Thanks Jerry, but my present bride has been around for 36 years( still trying to figure out why), the wedding is a friends son.

It's much less stressful when you're not the guest of honor at a wedding.

This time of year there is a CORN MAZE in Mt. Dora. A fun outing and lots of photo ops for fall. It has admission fee but is a fun 3-5 hour outing
bring a picnic! (Corn in FL is not very tall
LOL)
http://goflorida.about.com/od/orlandocentralflorida/a/cornmaze.htmDowntown Mt. Dora has quaint little shops
cute town.
There is also a boat tour
so there are waterfront photo ops.
Lenningers is a world renown Antique Market. There is always something to photograph there
they have flea markets on the weekends that feature colorful plants, fruits and veggies
Old buildings
Always interesting and a good place to go on a rainy day.
The 3rd weekend in Nov, Jan, Feb Lenningers sponsors the ANTIQUE EXTRAVAGANZA
it is world famous
a BIG outdoor complement to the permanent businesses.
If you have time and transportation
visit Yalaha Bakery
a German Bakery
also neat to photograph
very unique
on weekends they have live entertainment in a courtyard outside.
The Lakeside Inn is on the east shore of Lake Dora. At dusk you can usually get awesome sunset photos across the lake depending on the weather, and you don't have to stay at the inn to access their dock/shore.
Thanks grams
Thanks Jim,love sunsets, hope to get over there

The actual highest spot in the state is 309 ft ASL. It is in the panhandle.

You will be very close to the park with the light house and marina. Great sunset pictures. Actually, you will be downtown Mt. Dora and close to every thing. Traffic and parking has far out grown this small town and has become a real problem. Most good eating and antique shops will be in walking distance so you should have a great time. Hope you can spend an extra couple days to see what the area really has to see, especially Rinningers Flea Market on the week end.
