Many thanks to a UHH buddy for suggesting I explore the possibilities.

Canon SX50, shot in raw. PSE 12, Nik Silver Efex. Some recipes included a dash of one or more of Topaz Clean, Topaz Simplify, Picasa, Color Efex.

My favorites are 2-4-5 and 6.
And, NO, I couldn find the GBH. :-)

Thank you kindly, so pleased you enjoyed! The heron is on the ground under/behind the tree on right side. I've seen as many as 7 at a time around that area, hunting field mice :)

All great shots Linda. My favorite is #6. #4 is an eye-catcher... looks almost 'ghostly'. Nice work!

This is one of those times when a scene just begs for B&W. Glad you showed the starkness of the farm With all the color at this time a B&W is very creative. Great photos.

Beautiful captures Linda, I really love number 4. It immediately brought to mind the old western song, ' Ghost riders in the sky' it just created that atmosphere with the cattle in the foreground. :thumbup:
