I found out that the email was sent to customers that had purchased Photoshop or Elements and the promotional code can only be used once. If you purchased Photoshop or Elements from Amazon and didn't receive this email I would contact them.

I just ordered it from Amazon at $206. I have CS4 that I bought here from RHBender and then found out that it was a Volume License and the only way you can upgrade it is if they will transfer the title and it doesn't seem like they are willing to do that.
