Arrested for Drugs. No S&*T!
Your statement could be judged as profiling. And the same statement I might have made.
I'll bet there are hundreds of people who meet that description

This area has become a "clearing house" for the illegal drug trade centered in the oilfields of Wyoming and North Dakota. Meth in particular was nearly controlled until the Bakken Boom in North Dakota about 5 years ago, now there is a major bust pretty much every week around here.
Profiling? Yeah, its not that hard to do, and if it works then why not use it? Most of these idiots don't try to hide their position at all, on the contrary, they promote it through the use of tattoos regularly. Its like a neon sign in many cases, this one is a good example.
I agree. Profiling can be a good thing.

Why you never break the law, while you are breaking the law...
The meth problem out here in what is now called the Bakken has went from nonexistant to way out of hand. I never met a tweaker that I know of till the past couple of years. Now more than half of the temps that come through are on one substance or another it seems. I miss what this area used to be, sadly I do not think it will ever be the same.

Here is another one. Records show he just recently got out of prison for dealing meth in the Bakken. He must have liked it inside because he sure seems to want to go back, must need to complete his tats.
