Yosemite Falls by moonlight

There was only 1/3 of a moon and so dark that with the naked eye, you could only tell where the cliff began by seeing where the stars ended. I had to focus by hand and take multiple shots until I got the focus right. It was so dark a woman walking by asked her husband, "What is he taking pictures of?" I only knew where the falls were because I had been in the parking lot while the sun was up.

This is such a beautiful shot.
I shoot astrophotography and find that getting the focus is half the battle. Man you nailed it.
