Florida BS

I went yesterday to renew my Oklahoma Drivers license..there was a hold on it because of the Florida DMV…So I went to the Okla DMV to resolve this crap...Waited from 2:15 until 5PM to see an agent…they said Florida wanted to talk to me but by 5PM Okla time FLorida was closed..SOOO started calling FLorida at 6AM this morning and at 8:30 finally got a human…she said there was a judgement on me filed in 1984 and my Florida license was revoked…(I was never in Florida until 1991 and never had a Fla License) so her supervisor is making contact with another bureocrat and maybe, just maybe they will send a release to Oklahoma…in a few days..maybe...
Now folks keep in mind this was something that happened in 1984..actually it did NOT happen..Why is it just now coming up as I have had passports & DL renewed several times in this period and have never been contacted by the state of FLorida..AND strangely enough they had my correct SS number…
guess its not just v****g machines down there???
Blurry..is this commonplace down there?????
and I cannot get a license renewal in Okla til this BS is officially resolved...

I went yesterday to renew my Oklahoma Drivers lice... (show quote)

This sounds like a problem with an easy and profitable solution. Drive down to Mexico and come back as an illegal. You'll be able to get a license, welfare and free medical care immediately.

As a resident of Florida I think you were lucky you weren't extradited for felony murder...this is one stupid state.

Gotta love Rix, s**ts in his bed and then b***hes about it... If you don't like Florida then WTF are you here? You should pack your progressive self up and leave, whats wrong, do you not have control over your life?

States are doing more of this, I don't think that it is just Florida, unfortunately you may have some difficulty fixing the problem, sounds like a case of confusing you with someone else having your same name, I had some difficulty renewing my drivers license because of the birth certificate requirement and having been born in Japan... I called the governor's office directly and to my surprise they resolved my issue very quickly, they called me back as promised and they then actually called the office here in my city and told them to let me get the license without the required id.

There's no time limit on multiple vehicular homicide. Not remembering is no excuse.

Sounds like a case of identity theft. You'll have to look into this a little deeper, you may own a million dollar house on Miami Beach. Florida used to use Social Security Numbers on their drivers licenses. I think they have stopped this practice years ago. It is easy for a government employee to cross reference a SS# and get a name, and address. Right or wrong, you're on the hook to prove it is not you.
