I am up observing the moon eclipse and, camera set up and already recording some shots. How many others are this stupid or crazy?

Me!
Unfortunately, there's a haze in the sky, making the moon now that it's completely eclipsed, invisible. I was so hoping for the red colour of this blood-moon. No joy.
Maybe three months or six months from now, I'll have to check and find out if those eclipses will even be visible here.
Mostly cloudy here. I can see a few stars in the cloud breaks but moon is completely blocked. TNmike

Yes, I am doing the same.
I stayed in for this one. Too many moon shots as it is.
By the time I got my camera setup, it was down below the trees. I could see it through the trees but, no photos. Hope somebody will post a shot of the blood moon.
I have my setup just inside the garage facing the west. I have several shots most look good in the camera. I will see how they turn out. I am lucky that we got a break in the weather as it rain her all day and is suppose again tomorrow. The last one in the spring it was cloudy and did not get any thing, got lucky finally.

I am out in the North woods of Michigan, where total darkness exists, but as mentioned in my post above also total clouds.

Me too... I took a bunch during the last one, staying up all night on the beach and got some good shots... I went out and looked at this one and decided "been there, done that".

Clear here in southern Michigan. I was up at 5:15 and the Moon was just beginning to eclipse.

Up at 4:00 took 107 shots at various settings, great learning opportunity for me.
