The clouds finally cleared out and it got above the trees.:) Now I have to get up in time to see if I can catch the eclipse. Should be just before it sets around 4:00 am here.

Good one, Erv. Yours always are. We went to the river and stayed past sunset this evening waiting for the moonrise. Vic assured me it would rise in the direction of the bridge across the river, so there we sat waiting and waiting. Well, the moon never appeared, so we decided we'd better head home. We turned around to walk down the boardwalk to the car, and there sat the moon in the opposite direction from where he told me it was going to be. Now don't tell him I told you. LOL

Super shot Erv- great detail. I gotta question for you, though. Where have you hidden your spaceship? I notice that this photo is listed as a close up, & I was just wondering how you got a close up of the moon without a spaceship--maybe a giant catapult, lol?

And between my last post and now, I found out the eclipse was last night. I've been a day late for every one. :-D

Just to show the difference between this side of the moon and side we never see unless we are astronauts. It is hard to not look at pics of our moon. Nice shot Erv.
Sorry address did not work. Back to drawing board.
