Chama Steam Train-Last of the Series

This has turned out the be a 5 part series of the Cumbres & Toltec Steam Train.
This is our second train ride on this trip.
This time, we rode from Chama to Osier Station for an excellent lunch (turkey, dressing and all the fixings, dessert too). We then, returned to Chama.
This is an amazing line with plenty of grand views, photo ops as the train twists and winds its way along.

I keep shooting the train when it curves to the right as that is the sunny side.

My wife, Jinx liked this shot as it looks like this tree is decorated for Christmas with the yellow Aspen leaves.

Great shots. This is one of my favorite train rides here in Colorado, especially in the fall. It's been a couple of years since I have been on it. Your images have me fired up to do it again next year. Thanks.

Hey Pat, what great set of shots! It looks like it was a wonderful trip. As I went through them I knew I wasn't in the Hill Country. I didn't get to Round Rock this fall. We took the family to Hawaii in August. I haven't forgotten about getting together to shoot dragons at Hornsby Bend and SE Metro Park though. Have a great day and keep those great pictures coming.
