This young blond is actually advertising Spitfire Beer, a well known British brand in the south of England. The Fokker, of course was a German fighter plane. Nuff said.

When I was in England back in the early 50's I drank pints of mild. Even today I still miss it....Rich

So do I, I have not seen Mild in a pub for years. There are some Real Ales, some Bitters, all the rest are Lagers, many of which are labelled as beers.

What a shame. It was very popular when I was there. I lived in the town Wells Next To Sea between Norwich and Kings Lynn. I was there for 27 months....Rich

I have a son that was born in England and almost died. I had surgery at Child's Hospital in Norwich and they save his life. They did wonders for children at that hospital when I was there. A God send to many children at that time....Rich
