Hey guys! A quick question... Does anyone know how to set up the D7100 to take multiple pics at different light settings and merge the shots to bring out fore, middle and background lighting?

Goto Shooting Menu > HDR (high dynamic range).

Look in the manual under hdr high dynamic range and bracketing. It should be under image enhancements.

For really top results, shoot in raw on a tripod and do the HDR in post processing from your multiple exposures!!

What photoshop program would you recommend I purchase to do the HDR work with the raw photos?

If you don't already have some newer version of Photoshop, the best out there right now I believe is Helicon Focus.... Extremely capable piece of software which actually has more available parameters than most, if not all, others.

Hi Jim B. Looks like you are very new here. What you have done is "Highjacked" Guardian's thread. Leading the readers away from his question. What you should have done is "create a new topic" from the blue underlined tabs above. That way you'll have your own thread and your question will get answered..

Always check for grey market i refuse to buy them for that reason and never had trouble with Nikon cameras because of it, grey markets are often on ebay and fine print.
