Note card printing service

I have some digital images (tiff, large 30+mb files, shot by a pro) of artwork by a family member. These are mostly woodcut prints of nature scenes. We are looking to print some note cards and to give them to our local nature sanctuary for sale in their shop. My problem is that the local print shops charge a price per card that is about equal to the retail price of the cards. With no margins it make no sense. Does anyone have a good recommendation for a print shop that can print, fold and pack bundles of cards at a wholesale price. We need good quality, digital, not offset printing for the cards. If we can find the right printer, we will look in to offset printing full size limited edition copies for sale also.

Check into MPIX, I think they offer a couple Note Card options, blank or with text inside.

There may be no profit margin if you insist on digitally printed cards.
1) Have you explained what it is you want (20 to 2000 cards) and how much you are willing to pay?
2) You may wish to reconsider top of the line offset printing if you are looking for large volumes. If you don't go to offset, you are going to pay.

Sorry for leaving that out.
I am in SW Florida, land with no camera stores and just a few printers. I was thinking about a US printer that can work by uploading and shipping. Because I cannot visit long distance, a good recommendation is important.

For personal use, we only need about 100 cards. For the sanctuary store, my guess would be between 500 and 1000. We are thinking of selling in packs of 10 for Xmas, and plane greeting cards with no inside print, in packs of 4, with 4 different images. Small order, I know. But until the shop sees how they sell, they don't want to do more.
