Capture One vs. Lightroom-latest versions

OK pros! I am forced to move from Aperture after many years of becoming quite competent. So the above choice is before me. I have heard good things about both...but the "real pros" are going with Capture One.
How about some discussion of the "pros" and "cons" of each to (help?) me with the decision?

I admit to not having a lot of experience with capture One, but I have used it for tethering and found that feature to be better than LR.

Everyone says that for handling Raw files capture one is better than Lightroom.
