is not always another's treasure, its more of a big pain in the ass to clean up.
Is that left on the side of the road or is that someones junkpile on their own property? If the former I would scour it in hopes of a name so I could return the favor, all stacked neatly against their front door.
People should be publicly flogged for this BS.

That was left on the side of a gas well road on the farm property about a mile off the county road , not to sure what seems to give folks the right to dump their trash on others property to clean up and dispose of for them.

Oh we had them drive down the road in a pickup with some one in the back throwing out bags of trash in the corn field, dump broken toilets, old matteress and box springs, busted TV's just to name a few.
Never ceases to amaze us as to what we find ( found 25 Porn DVD's one day laffing my ass off over that one still )

Someone did that in the driveway of one of my fields. I picked up all the stuff and found two pairs of pliers and 4 screw drivers all with a big ball of something, probably epoxy, on the ends of them. One below zero winter day I put the ball on the top of my vice and whacked it with a hammer and they all shattered. Two pairs of usable pliers and 3 usable screw drivers. The 4th one broke off the tip, but they were all Sears Craftsman tools, so I took it in and they replaced it at no charge. Can't beat that.

I see this all the time while out on photography shoots. Here in CA, It's usually lazy low-ball Mexican contractors dumping crap in the country who don't want to pay dump fees. I've seen them in action.

Oh yea, if I could find a name and address I'd load it up and dump it right in their front yard ( well maybe just get the sheriff to pay them a nice social call and make them clean it back up and properly dispose of it )
