Clint, it is a composite of two shots. I loved the moon by itself but then I got this artistic bug which had me looking for ways to make the moon more dramatic. I tried a number of composite layers until I settled on this on. FYI the moon shot was shot on my Nikon D7100 at 200mm, hand held, manual settings at 1/200 F6.5 and 400 ISO

Thanks. I was having a hard time determining how this was done with one shot (size of the moon) and the branches in focus. Nicely done.

That is truly a Halloween moon. I like everything about it. Especially the mist.
