Found this little one in of the pampas grass yesterday, just sitting on a soon to be plume, eating the tiny little seeds!

Thank you Sylvia, I've never seen any birds eating those tiny seeds, but he was certainly enjoying them as seen all over his face!!!

what a cute little baby bird! i have 4 pampass grasses and have never noticed a bird perching on any of them. i'm going to pay more attention! beautiful shots angela :D

Same here Merry, I have 5 and never saw this, I know they like to go inside in the winter for shelter, but never saw them eat these tiny seeds!!
