Just curious--as these were taken years ago--had you taken photography lessons, or worked as a photographic professional prior to doing these? They're simply too good to be the work of an amateur, even a very talented one.
Thank you very much Randy. No I have never taken any courses or seminars or workshops. I belonged to the local slide club a few years thats all. As a young man I was hired once by a small town newspaper as a photographer to record like local events, parades, council meeting etc. I quit within a few month it was just not for me. I had one advantage in the film days, I was a buyer of classical cameras on the west coast for a Tokyo camera store, so I always had great equipment I could use until they came to pick it up. So besides looking at photo magazines I had no special education in photography.
