Considering that the great smile is the main subject, it's a pity it's a bit on the shadowy side. I would lift the shadows or the brightness a touch, keeping an eye on the highlights and not letting them get too bright.

Skin looks too red unless he has severe sunburn. The out of focus background is good except for the white to the left of the face.
